How do we schedule a picture day?
Simply contact us through our website or email us directly at info@portraithousephotog.com, and we'll work with you to choose a date and create a picture day plan that fits your school's schedule.
How long does picture day take?
Every school is different, but we work efficiently to minimize classroom disruptions while giving each child the attention they deserve. Weekend and week day options are available.
Do parents order photos online?
Yes! Parents receive secure online access to view and purchase their child's portraits at their convenience.
Five digital downloads are included with each child's participation fee.
What if a child is absent or needs a retake?
We understand that things happen. We'll work with your school to schedule retake or makeup sessions whenever possible.
Do you photograph siblings?
It depends on the school's policy. Typically, we offer individual photos only and cannot accommodate sibling photography.
What should students wear?
We recommend solid colors, simple patterns, and comfortable clothing that reflects your child's personality. Schools may also provide specific dress guidelines for picture day.
Are your photographers experienced with young children?
Absolutely. We specialize in working with children of all ages and create a fun, relaxed environment that helps every child feel comfortable in front of the camera.

How long does it take to receive photos?
Our goal is to deliver galleries and orders as quickly as possible. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the size of your school's picture day, but we keep schools and families informed throughout the process.
On average, we delivery photos within 7-10 business days.
